Key Responsibilities

  • Identify Asia focused institutional equity fund managers to understand clients' sophisticated equity investment needs related to the Pan-Asia Equity Research Coverage on both public and private sectors across the globe and strictly apply clients customized compliance requirements on all projects
  • Support business development effort and effectively communicate Ridgetop Researches business and value proposition to fund managers who have exposure in Asia Equities and are interested in our research services
  • Outreach/interact/onboard senior executives from various industries in Asia and compose professional biographies that accurately capture experts background and expertise
  • Interview experts, provide perception into market outlooks/competitive landscape, conduct SWOT analysis, perform secondary research, create survey documents/research memos/tab plans/proposals & data deliverables for current and potential clients
  • Participate in all Asia related research projects including analysis and delivery of insights to the clients to ensure that goals and facets of the day-to-day client engagements are met and executed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Management Finance or equivalent
  • Sound knowledge of international business culture & operations/financial systems, institutional international equity, corporate finance, management information systems (MIS), statistics for management, financial & managerial accounting & security & market analysis
  • Strong ability in understanding management decision-making/​concepts/​methodologies/​processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail, exceptional analytical/organizational skills, lateral thinking and judgment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/​S&P Capital IQ/​Bloomberg/​ZoomInfo.
